megoldva 
egy kis infó hátha másnak is jól jön:
a header.php hivatkozott kódolva a functions.php-re amibe bele volt írva (kódolva) hogy checkolja a footert benne e van a megadott tartalom
kitöröltem mindkét fájlból a részeket aztán egy utolsó panasz volt erre (header.php) melyből a check_header();-t kitörölve simán módosítható a footer tartalma.
check_footer és check_header a köv 2 függvény amit meg kell keresned. talán ha értelmeznéd ami oda van írva:
ha a check_footer vagy a check_header függvény nem létezik akkor kiírja ezt a szöveget. miért? mert van check_footer meg check_header valahol máshol…
értelmeztem és megoldottam a dolgot, ennyi
sajnálom hogy eleresztettem 2-3 felesleges hozzászólást de talán segítenek valakinek a jövőben aki hasonló problémába ütközik és hozzám hasonlóan nem programozó beállítottságúak
